Two married Israeli psychiatrists, one of whom is the son of a Nazi collaborator who participated in the murder of Jews and the other the last surviving Jew of her community, have two patients who were left mentally unstable due to their Holocaust experiences. All of the survivors are forced to deal with their experiences during the Shoah.
