Three Daughters of Salonika

It is 1957, and Allegra Parente (nee Vitale) has been living in Thessaloniki for over ten years after surviving the camps. Her husband, also a Holocaust survivor, with whom she shared a business, has died recently, and she is depressed and struggling. Worried that her mother may harm herself, her daughter Bolisa and her friends, Christina (Papoutsis) and Bouena Nahmias, contact her sisters, with whom she lost contact during the war. One sister Mary, lives in America, the other, Daisy, lives in Israel. Both had emigrated before the war. The play is about their important reunion in Salonika.
