Helaine Levy is a lonely widow who looks forward to her weekly massages at the Y with her friend Umi. Today Umi's missing; she has been replaced by Charlotte, a German millenial eager to prove her skills. Helaine, alas, gets into an argument with the young woman and asks her what they teach about the Holocaust. Helaine leaves, rejecting her services. Charlotte files a discrimination complaint against Helaine. Helaine finds Umi in a hospital and helps get her home. They meet with Charlotte who describes how she too has been traumatized by the Holocaust.
